Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-673-9391 for a Return Authorization number.
 
When returning items to River Supply:

  • Items must be new, unopened, and include all original packing materials.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside box.
  • Please ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless there was an error on our part. Then the shipping fees are on us!
No refunds on special orders, electronics, or hazardous materials such as paint, resins, and adhesives.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping Policy

River Supply ships via UPS. We cannot bill third-party UPS accounts.
Shipping fees are calculated on the web and are included in your total. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

*Ships Hazmat. An additional fee may apply* Some of our products have to be shipped as hazardous materials. In addition to federal and state guidelines, River Supply.com reserves the right to deem products hazardous. Hazardous products must be shipped ground and require an adult signature. You may be required to provide proof of age. A Hazmat fee is charged to any order containing hazardous materials and is listed in your shopping cart prior to purchase.

River Supply ships only within the United States. We deliver to any residential address or to your place of business. We do not ship to Post Office boxes or hotels, motels, or resorts.

Once orders are placed, you can track your package via the tracking number provided to River Supply by UPS. This information is available in your order confirmation email and in the My Account section of our website. Please note, you must have an account set up prior to your order to access the tracking number.
